Registration fees include:

• All Meeting sessions
• Access to the Exhibition 
• Morning, lunch, and afternoon catering during scheduled breaks
• Gala Dinner (Guest dinner tickets $225 each)
• Welcome Reception - Frasers Kings Park

Terms & Conditions

Full payment for registration fees must be received prior to the Conference. 

Full payment for Earlybird fees must be received by 8 August 2026, or fees will increase to the standard rate.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax of 10%.

If you did NOT tick ‘Privacy Required’ on the first page of the online registration form, it is assumed that you agree to have your details published in the list of participants.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify The Conference Company via email of the replacement delegate's name and contact details.

If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a refund less a cancellation fee of A$100 will be made, providing notification is received prior to 8 August 2026. Cancellations made after 8 August 2026 are non-refundable. 

If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.

By registering for the Conference you are confirming consent for any video and photographs taken at the Conference which you are in may be used by the Organising Committee in promotion of the Conference.
